THE NATURE OF THE PROPERTY RIGHTS OF THE UKRAINIAN PEOPLE IN THE FORESTS

Abstract
In the article author analyzes the nature of Ukrainian people ownership of land and forests. The classification of scientific approaches to understanding the Ukrainian people’s right to land ownership was carried out. The article 13 of the Constitution of Ukraine as amended was proposed.
