THE NORMATIVE REGULATION OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the author outlines the legal aspects of public procurement in Ukraine. The author analyzes the system of legal and normative support for organizing of public procurement in Ukraine and the state of doctrinal studies of this issue in the area of financial law. The author pays attention to the formation and general characteristics of the public procurement institution as a financial law institution.
