The object of crimes against justice as one of the grounds for their scientific classification: modern theoretical approaches and practical value

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of the definition of the object of crimes against justice. The author analyzes different views on the notion of the generic object of such crimes, and proves the expediency of defining the specific object of crimes against justice. The author is convinced that the theoretical study of the generic and species object of crimes against justice is of practical importance, since it creates conditions for a scientifically substantiated classification of such crimes and distinguishing them from crimes that protect adjacent social relations. The above is generally needed to develop an effective system for detect- ing and combating crimes against justice.
