The Option in Meeting Place in Sale

Abstract
Option means the authority to change or terminate the contract and refraining from signing the contract. Some of these options are dealt with transactions including option of place. Option is a legal means for an equal justice to take place and to prevent illegal deeds. In dealing with the legitimacy of option of place there are some narrations. Imam Sadegh (AS) says: there are two options when a person sells something to another one as long as the two are not separated. When the two parties of the transaction are separated, the transaction would be necessary. In telephone transactions, the option of place is fixed as long as the two parties are talking on the phone and the place of transaction is not changed and the option of place would be terminated after the telephone conversation. The option of place would be terminated in four cases: 1. The option of fall 2. The cancellation of option after conclusion, and the two parties say: we cancelled the option of place 3. The departing of either party 4. Capture
