THE ORDER OF RECOGNITION AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE JUDGEMENTS OF FOREIGN COURT IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article researches the order of recognition and enforcement in Ukraine of the judgements of foreign courts and arbitrations, as well as the judgements of international judicial establishments, such as European Court on Human Rights. The differences of terms, grounds and procedural order of recognition and enforcement n in Ukraine of the judgements of foreign courts and arbitrations depending on the type of such judgement are analysed.
