THE ORGANIZATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FRAMEWORK FOR PROVIDING MEDICAL AID IN EMERGENCY SITUATIONS

Abstract
In the article the problems of organizational and administrative framework for providing medical aid in emergency situ- ations have been researched. The burning issue is the normative regulation of the organization of “sorting” the affected in places of extreme events. In the terms of spreading the threat of pandemics of infectious diseases it is expedient to lay the groundwork for the establishment of restrictions on the right to freedom of movement when the quarantine is introduced.
