The organized criminal group in the context of transnational criminality
Journal Title: Revista Institutului Național al Justiției - Year 2018, Vol 45, Issue 2
Abstract
The priority of international normative acts on the national legislation doesn’t consist only in the supreme juridical force by itself, but also in an universal practice available for all abstracted situations, apart from the cultural, social, economic or political context. Defining the concept of anorganized criminal group according to the criminal law of the Republic of Moldova is a disused reminiscence on the background of the Convention against transnational organized crime, which is the subject of the study proposed by the authors of this article.
