THE PECULIARITIES OF PRINCIPLE OF RULE OF LAW APPLICATION IN PROCEEDING IN RELATION TO CONSIDERATION OF CITIZENS’ APPEALS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the nature and content of such principle of proceeding in relation to consideration of citizens’ appeals as the rule of law principle. The place of the rule of law principle in the system of principles of proceeding in relation to consideration of citizens’ appeals has been defined. The author focuses on revealing of the rule of law principle’s realization on different stages of proceeding in relation to consideration of citizens’ appeals.
