THE PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF THE FORMATION OF THE AESTHETIC CULTURE OF FUTURE OFFICERS OF THE NATIONAL POLICE IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the theoretical substantiation of the pedagogical conditions of formation of aesthetic culture of future officers of National police of Ukraine in the process of professional training. On the basis of the analysis of scientific literature, as well as the experience of practical solution of this problem, the author of the research emphasizes the necessity of pedagogical support for the process of forming the aesthetic culture of future officers of the National Police. The article reveals the essence of pedagogical conditions, specifies their content, describes the possibilities of institutions of higher education regarding to the systematic introduction of pedagogical conditions of the formation of the aesthetic culture of future officers of the National Police in the process of professional training. The author of the article emphasizes the need for a systematic approach to the formation of the aesthetic culture of future police officers, which involves the involvement of a wide range of opportunities of the higher professional school of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (training, scientific activity, cultural development, circle work, self-education). The article presents a theoretically substantiated detailed scheme of pedagogical conditions of the formation of the aesthetic culture of future officers of the National Police of Ukraine in the process of professional training. The theoretical substantiation of the pedagogical conditions of the formation of the aesthetic culture of future police officers makes it possible to draw conclusions about the necessity of the pedagogical support for this process and the feasibility of introducing the appropriate pedagogical conditions in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. These include the following: updating the aesthetic attitudes of future police officers to professional activities; acquaint them with the aesthetic content of law enforcement work; mastering cadets by means of aesthetic activity in the process of professional activity and introducing into practice a systematic approach to the formation of aesthetic culture of policemen.
