The personnel development management in the context of the activation of the information systems

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the issue of management of personnel development in the modern conditions of increasing the rate of informatization of the economy. The role of enhancing the use of the information systems in improving the overall management system of the enterprise has been determined. The factors and the basic directions of the improvement of the enterprise management mechanism in the aspect of the personnel development are considered in the light of the requirements of time saving and constant aging of the knowledge.
