The personnel in the system of commercial logistics management at the enterprise: problems and the ways of their solution

Abstract
In the context of the systemic crisis, which has become an inherent phenomenon for Ukrainian society in recent years, and as a result, the existence of an uncertainty in the external and internal environment, the question of the survival of any enterprise is acute. One of the ways of ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises is the justification of the factors system, among which commercial logistics should be distinguished as a significant factor of the competitive ability of the enterprise in the current conditions. This is possible only with the qualitative and quantitative flexibility of production systems, as well as all its subsystems, which primarily concerns personnel management. Purpose. The subject of the study is the personnel management features in the system of commercial logistics at the enterprise. The main purpose of the paper is to analyze and evaluate the existing methods of the personnel management in the system of commercial logistics at the enterprise. Also the article aims to identify the essence and features of the commercial logistics. Design/methodology/approach. The basic principles of this research are the causality and objectivity principles, systematic and comparative methods, institutional and structural-functional approach. Findings. In this article the basic methods of the personnel management in the system of commercial logistics at the enterprise are analyzed. This information can be used in the practical activity of the enterprises. Today the most appropriate method is the marketing conception that performs the following functions: The information function. The analytic function. The communicative function. The management function. Consequently, the marketing conception of the personnel management uses methods that are the synthesis of the marketing and personnel management methods. The main difference between this concept and the classical methods of the personnel planning is that it considers the labor market as a market, that is, an area that operates under market laws. In turn, this allows us to adjust and optimize the system of commercial logistics at the enterprise, as well as increase the adaptability and competitiveness of the organization as a whole. Research limitations/implications. The scientific significance of the article consists in the analysis of the up-to-date methods of the personnel management in the conditions of commercial logistics system functioning. Originality/value. In this article the concept of personnel management, which is the most optimal, taking into account the features of commercial logistics functioning at the enterprise, is suggested. The implementation of this conception will increase the productivity and efficiency of the enterprise activity and will further the increase of the competitiveness as well.
