THE PLACE AND ROLE OF THE LAYER OF INTELLECTUAL OWNERS IN FORMING THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE THIRD RENAISSANCE

Abstract
The formation of the foundation of the third renaissance in Uzbekistan is based on its new socio-economic basis. Necessary conditions are being created for the formation and development of the property layer. After all, the formation of a new third renaissance will lead to an increase in the welfare of the population, employment of its various strata, and will pave the way for the development of the country. The article deals with the first and second renaissance, which brought great changes to the development of our country, as well as the role and place of the property class in building the foundations of the third renaissance from a social and philosophical point of view.
