The place of investment projects in the planning and realization of functional strategies

Abstract
The article analyzes the investment activity in Ukraine presented the dynamics of capital investment and foreign direct investment in 2010-2015. the role of investment projects in formulating investment strategy of the company and their place in the family of functional strategies of the company in the article. The stages of the life cycle of investment projects consistent with the wording functional strategies and their implementation. It was determined that the pre-investment phase occurs strategies and planning function is determined by their compliance with the demands of the project, the phase of the investment project is to balance and synchronize functional strategies. The last stages – operational adjustment provides functional strategies and their implementation
