THE PREFERENTIAL SHARES OF COMMERCIAL COMPANIES

Abstract
The article examines legislation on Joint Stock Companies, Limited Partnerships and Cooperative Societies. The concept of the preferential stock is elaborated as well as criteria for the universal division of the shares of all kinds of commercial companies for ordinary and preferential ones to be provided by law.
