The Principles of Higher Education

Abstract
The article investigates the fundamental and derivative principles of academic education on which system of academic education is based. The content of the principles of democracy, dynamism and integration is explicated and their influence upon the development of academic education is analysed. It is evidenced that the realization of these principles guarantees institutional independence of academic education, accessability of studies, independence of professors and students, unity of science and studies, flexibility of studies and curricula, integration into the worldwide academic community etc.
