The principles of property law in the legal system of the PRC

Abstract
The article is devoted the basic principles of property law in the legal system of the PRC in the conditions of active reform of private law in accordance with international standards. Based on the analysis of approaches prevailing in modern Chinese jurisprudence is proposed own view on the system of principles of property law.
