Abstract
The article analyses the principles of organization and activity of Office of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine and their kinds are certain. The classification of the principles of the organization and activity of the prosecutor’s office and the classification of their own on the general legal and internal organization. The main features of the principles of the organization and activity of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine are outlined.
