THE PRINCIPLES OF THE SINGLE AND DOUBLE CITIZENSHIP IN NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to analysis of legal regulation and practical implementation of the principles of the single and dual-citizenship in Ukraine and at the international level. Positive and negative features of bipatrism are also revealed in this article.
