THE PROBLEM OF ADAPTATION OF UNIVERSITY STUDENTS BASED ON SOCIAL PARTHERSHIP

Abstract

The question of the applied aspects of the problem of students’ adaptation to new conditions of studies, stipulated by the reforming of national system of education in the context of Bologna agreements is considered in the article. Much attention is paid to the analysis of psychological problems of the first year students’ adaptation. It is known that professional training covers quite a long period of youth. The changed paradigm of professional training at all stages (from the very beginning to the highest level) is based on the priority of humanitarian values, which do not deny the acquisition of high technologies in the framework of the subject of professional labor. Humanitarization as a direction of thinking and activities directed towards the development, acquisition and use of humanitarian knowledge for the perception of the relation to the environment and the individual, his own activity, creates the necessary background for social adaptation of youth in the process of professional training. Educational system reforming considers scientific elaborations of theoretical and applied aspects of young students’ adaptation to new learning conditions. Due to the appearance of educational establishments of a new type, the change of the place of studies (especially for teenagers) is a typical event. Thus, the actuality of the presented research is predetermined, on the one hand, by the necessity to create conditions for successful personality adaptation to students’ life, on the other hand – scientific – theoretical substantiation and methodical provision. Besides, such important aspect as pedagogical management by the adaptation process is not sufficiently taken into consideration. The pedagogical measures on speeding up the process of adaptation to new conditions of life activity and prevention of disadaptation are worked out. It is known that the beginning of education in a vocational school chronologically coincides with a new stage of psychological development of a human, active formation of his social maturity, intense moral and intellectual development, modelling of education and lifestyle, elaboration of evaluative attitude to the conditions of an individual’s own life activity.
