The Problem of Compensation of Profit in an Investment Power of Attorney

Abstract
Transformation of savings into investment requires special skills, knowledge and experience. A rapid increase of technological developments in our age has enabled the diversification of market and investment tools, intermediaries representing individuals in the transformation of capital into successful investments has occurred. Nowadays, the development of alternative investment products for investors who have interest sensitivity has become one of the most important policies of Islamic financial institutions. This article discusses the investment relationship between the bank and its customers in terms of the responsibility of the parties in the production of profit and loss in the implementation of investment power of attorney developed by the Islamic finance sector in accordance with these policies.
