The Problem of Intellectual Property Rights in the Digitalized World

Abstract
In recent years, rapidly developing technology, in this context, widespread internet usage and mobile media classic media of tools that we understand the concept of a quick change in a radical way and he dragged the shell changed. This study focuses on these conflicts and discusses intellectual property rights in the axis of this conflict. Intellectual property rights and intellectual property rights as unfair that sees new media and addresses the problem under two basic aspects of intellectual property rights.
