THE PROBLEM OF THE PRINCIPLE OF THE COURT OF LANGUAGE IN THE COMMERCIAL PROCESS

Abstract
The paper studies the principle of the language of legal proceedings in the commercial process, taking into account the peculiarities of the national legislation. The analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and comparison of the norms of various legal acts regulating the language of legal proceedings are carried out. An analogy of the principle of the language of legal proceedings in the commercial process with other procedural branches was established and the main problems of the principle of the language of legal proceedings in the commercial process, which arise in the implementation of legal proceedings in Ukraine, were identified.
