THE PROBLEM OF THE SUBJECTIVE STRUCTURE OF DIRECT DEMOCRACY

Abstract
Article is devoted to the determine of the circle of subjects of direct democracy. The reasonableness of the position according to which the people or their part can be considered as the subjects of direct democracy was investigated. It is proposed the new ways to determine the circle of subjects of direct democracy.
