THE PROBLEM OF UNDERSTANDING THE NATURE OF AFRICAN-JAZZ-DANCE

Abstract
Afro-jazz-dance is a dance direction with deep roots in African culture. Cultural and artistic aspects of the African ritual-choreographic culture in scientific works. Afro-jazz-dance and understanding of its nature in the choreographic space of the present, the awareness of African roots and the transformation of their traditions in jazz-dance. Interpretation of Afro-Jazz-Dance as a stage form of modern choreography, a characteristic of its main graphic features, and scenic forms of contemporary choreographic art.
