THE PROBLEMS OF A COMPLIANCE OF A NUCLEAR SAFETY IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE-LEGAL REGIME OF PROLONGED ANTI-TERRORIST OPERATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article draws attention to the problems of security of economic activities in the production of nuclear activities. The author raises issues of organization of activities of the public administration system in the field of nuclear safety in Ukraine in conditions of prolonged anti-terrorist operation in some regions of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. The author makes suggestions for improving international cooperation in the field of security activities of nuclear power plants and other facilities with high environmental hazards.
