THE PROBLEMS OF ATTRACTING INVESTMENTS IN HOUSING AND PUBLIC UTILITIES AND SOLUTIONS TO THEM

Abstract
In the article the features of investment resources in housing and public utilities are grounded. The problems that hinder attracting investors in the utility sector are examined. The current state of investments in utilities is analyzed. Basic shortcomings of functioning of housing and public utilities and ways to avoid them are considered.
