THE PROBLEMS OF THE CHANGING A CHARGE BY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR DURING THE TRIAL

Abstract
In this article some questions of legislative regulation of the procedural order and issues of changing the charge by a public prosecutor during the trial are analyzed. Moreover, it is proved that legislative regulation of changing the charge during the trial needs to be improved to ensure the right for defense of the accused and secure the rights and interests of the victim. The algorithm of security of the rights of victim in case of his absence at a trial during changing of the charge by a public prosecutor.
