THE PROCEDURE FOR BRINGING TO ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATION OF THE LEGISLATION IN THE FIELD OF PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Abstract
The refereed article is devoted to allocation of administrative responsibility grounds for breach of legislation in field of personal data protection and procedure of bringing to such responsibility. The research determined bodies of state power authorized to bring to administrative responsibility, their competence and procedures, as well as key problems and gaps in current legislation governing procedure of bringing to administrative responsibility for violations in field of personal data protection.
