Abstract
The existence of a strong banking system is essential to the integrity of the economic system, given the unique characteristics of banks that make them vulnerable to the loss of confidence of economic agents. Therefore, there must have been precautionary systems to work on the stability of the banking system. In this context, Prevent banking systems from the systemic threat that threatens them. In order to study the extent to which the Algerian banks applied the Basel decisions, we used the non-scientific tests. The results showed that the banks operating in the "happy state" do not apply the Basel II decisions.
