Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the influence of the quality of legislative process on the effectiveness of parliamentary control in Ukraine in comparison with the experience of the French legislative mechanism.As part of the material analyzed the problematic issues in the legislative process and the ways of their solution, based on the experience of European countries.
