The Relationship between the Quality of the Educational System Staff with Empowering the District One and Two Employees of Education, Zahedan City, Iran

Abstract
This paper was done in order to investigate the relationship between educational system quality of staffs and enabling them in 1st and 2nd district of zahedan's education organization. The method of research was descriptive and survey. Statistical population consisted of all the staffs of this office that was 250 persons. Sampling method was based on random that sampling size according to Morgan's table was 148 persons. Instrument of research, was a questionnaire made by researcher which consisted of 38 questions and its legitimacy was approved experts and then by supervisors. Also durability of Alpha's coefficients was calculated to be 0/907. For analyzing statistical data, we used descriptive statistical coefficients like frequency tables, mean, standard deviation and statistics and also used Pearson's correlational coefficient for analyzing research questions which was done by SPSS software on the data. The results of this research showed that there was a meaningful relationship between educational system quality of staffs and enabling them in 1st and 2nd district of zahedan's education organization. Also this relation is justified for determining the goals and policy, facilities and educational instruments, educational standards and measuring needs of education with enabling that is it's meaningful.
