The Relationship BetweenEthical Behavior and Team Integrity of the Players of Men’s Football Super League

Abstract
This study is to investigate the relationship between ethical behavior and team integrity of the players of Men’s Football Super League. The research method of this study is applied and is descriptive correlational. The study population consists of all Premier League players in the thirteenth League (93-92 years) who are playing in 16 teams which is totally 288 players (18 player per team) from among which 165 players are selected through cluster random sampling and using Morgan’s table. In order to collect data, the questionnaires of the players’ ethical behavior and the group environment questionnaire Caron, Widmeyer and Brawley were used. The validity of the questionnaires were approved by the Supervisor and the reliability of the questionnaires were respectively obtained to be 0.671 and 0.813 through Cronbach's alpha. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used. The results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between ethical behavior and team cohesion of men’s Football League players. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between the ethical behavior and all the components of men’s Football League players’ team cohesion.
