THE RESEARCH OF MODERN APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF "FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE ENTERPRISE" TERM

Abstract

Purpose. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive study of modern approaches to the definition of "financial security of the enterprise" term and to define its unique features and essential characteristics. Methodology of research. The study used the following methods: analysis and synthesis – to summarize the scientific approaches to the definition of "financial security of the enterprise" and to form the author's definition of this term; abstract logic – for theoretical generalizations and drawing conclusions; system analysis, abstraction, logical generalizations – to determine features and essential characteristics of financial security of the enterprise. Findings. Modern scientific approaches to the definition of "financial security of the enterprise" term were identified. The in-depth analysis of this term was conducted, features and essential characteristics of financial security of the enterprise were defined. The author's definition of the "financial security of the enterprise" term was formulated. Originality. The problem of identifying of the financial security features in the economic security of the enterprise system got its further decision. Thereby the features and essential characteristics of financial security were defined. The author's definition of the "financial security of the enterprise" term was suggested. Practical value. Basic features and essential characteristics of financial security, that were designated, can be used in the practice of financial and economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises during the organization of the system to ensure their financial security.
