Journal Title: Zeszyty Naukowe Wyższej Szkoły Humanitas Zarządzanie - Year 2011, Vol 12, Issue 1
Abstract
Given the modern methods of education, especially in the area of conducting courses for teacher colony, and the legal possibilities of using these methods should be noted that there is a discrepancy between the laws governing issues related to conducting this type of activity. Lack of consistency between the laws means that a legal gap creates , which is obviously harmful to all participants in the learning process. It is not clear who and what form could lead educational activities preparing to work with children and young people during holiday periods. Therefore, there is some social expectation that the relevant supervisory authorities will be excluded to the public interest and the individual was not in any way affected. Unfortunately, practice shows that the supervisory bodies did not always fulfilled its role. So we should postulate that the legislature has made a thorough examination of the rules governing this issue and introduce appropriate changes that would allow for the protection of the interests of all groups involved in the project which is the training of colonies and camps educators.
