The results of experimental research of the mechanism of sewing machine with the shock absorbing rack for material movement
Journal Title: Modern Innovations, Systems and Technologies - Year 2022, Vol 2, Issue 3
Abstract
The article presents the results of an experimental study of the mechanism of the sewing machine for pushing through the material with the recommended shock-absorbing bar. The purpose of the experiment was to create high-quality stitches and increase productivity as a result of using the recommended material pushing mechanism with kinematic pairs with flexible elements in the sewing machine. The work defines and solves the tasks that ensure the achievement of the goal. The methodology for conducting experimental studies is presented. The loads on the main shaft, on the rocker shafts of the pushing mechanism, the laws of shift of the composite rack tooth set along the vertical and horizontal axes have been obtained. Based on the performed analysis, optimal parameter values were recommended.
