THE RIGHT OF INNOCENT PASSAGE IN THE LIGHT OF THE LAW ON THE SEA AREAS OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND

Abstract
The analyse of provision of the Law on the sea areas of the Republic of Poland, March 21,1991, concerning the right of innocent passage through the territorial sea, shows that this Law conforms with the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea, 1982.
