THE RIGHT TO APPEAL COURT JUDGMENT IN UKRAINE (SOVIET AND POST-SOVIET PERIODS)

Abstract
Analyzed the issue of the right to appeal against the judgment in the Soviet and post-Soviet periods of the history of the judicial system of Ukraine. Argued that the implementation of this law on these historical stages was in direct proportion to the efforts of the state to justify the necessity of judicial repressive nature, needs economic recovery, implementation of the constitutional provisions of the judiciary.
