The role of a healthy lifestyle in reducing the level of stress among students in the process of studying at the university

Abstract
The article analyzes the literature on the study of the healthy lifestyle of student youth. Objective and subjective factors affecting the formation of a healthy lifestyle for students are revealed. Analysis of the results of a self-assessment study of a healthy lifestyle of students showed that every 6–7 students neglect their mental and physical health, experience stress and need psychological help and rehabilitation.
