The Role of Innovative Technologies in the Restructuring of the System of Forming Managerial Competences of Future Managers of Institutions of General Secondary Education

Abstract
The author addresses the question of how to form managerial competences of future managers of educational establishments. The article justifies the content of educational innovations intended to restructure the system of higher education, namely, the processes of forming managerial competences of future managers of institutions of general secondary education. The author analyses the feasibility of introducing innovative techniques into educational processes such as: case study, web-quest, designing the educational environment, role play, development of critical thinking, training, research training, distance learning. The author discusses the influence of these innovative technologies on the formation of future educational managers. When implemented in the educational process, these innovations can help to achieve a sufficient level of managerial competences in future managers of educational establishments.
