The role of personnel motivation in anti-crisis management

Abstract
Introduction. Anti-crisis management is now a popular trend in the development of science and management practices in Ukraine. This is explained by the frequency and depth of crisis processes and phenomena at the macroeconomic level, the weakness of institutional support for entrepreneurship, which forms the preconditions for individual (local) crisis of enterprises, the imperfection of modern methods and management mechanisms applied at enterprises of different forms of ownership. A review of scientific sources proves that staff motivation plays a significant role in crisis management. In addition, the role of motivation in the theoretical system of anti-crisis management is insufficiently investigated. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the theoretical aspects of personnel motivation in the system of crisis management. Results. The nature of crisis management and its theoretical foundations are investigated. The factors of inefficiency of the system of motivation in the conditions of a crisis, which provokes the loss of qualified personnel, are considered. The issue of correlation of material and non-material motivation in the framework of crisis management is investigated. The peculiarities of implementation of the complex of organizational changes, connected with achievement of efficiency of the system of crisis management in the part of motivation of the personnel are revealed. Theoretical aspects of motivation of personnel in the system of crisis management are formed. Conclusion. The study has proven a key role to play in motivating staff in anti-crisis management at each of its stages. It is established that insufficient attention from management to issues of motivation in a crisis can create a paradoxical situation of the loss of human resources necessary to overcome the crisis. It was emphasized that in the conditions of the crisis it is especially important to find a balance between the financial and economic interests of the enterprise and the needs of the personnel.
