THE ROLE OF POLITICAL RISKS IN THE PROCESS OF FORMATION OF THE FOREIGN POLICY IDENTITY OF THE STATE

Abstract
Taking into account the complexity of the crisis phenomena to be currently observed in Ukraine and the significant influence of heterogeneous political forces on the adoption of domestic and foreign policy decisions, the importance of political risks for the establishment of the foreign policy identity of the state is studied. The formation of this identity is revealed to be ensured through the establishment of interactions between society and the state and the elimination of possible political impacts. For this end, the national action programmes for authorities should be based on the primary interests of the society which will further become the main force to support the chosen foreign policy identity on the international arena and to ensure its relatively static al state.
