Abstract

Sport and eco nomy, as sci en ce and prac ti ce are con nec ted and in ter de pen dant in who le hzman hi story. Men ti o ned in ter de pen dancy in con tem po rary age is con fi r med with new con tents and fun kcti o nal li nes. First of all, eco no mic prin ci ples are im por tant in all aspects and con tent of so cial li fe, in clu ding sport. In sa me ti me, sport ac ti vi ti es on all le vels are fa ced with eco no mic li mi ta ti ons. Key for ce in sport ac ti vi ti es is com peti tion of hu man ca pa ci ti es and know led ge. But, in sa me ti me, com pe ti tion is key for ce of de ve lo pe ment of con tem po rary so ci e ti es, be sed on mar ket eco nomy. The ra are two most im por tant aspects of sport as eco no mic ac ti vi ti es – sport as di rect eco no mic ac ti vity, and sport as ini ti a tor of lot of ot her eco no mic ac ti vi ti es.
