The socio-economic cities potential of town districts and the effectiveness of the territorial marketing

Abstract
The most important internal marketing segment in terms of broad, are residents of the local government unit concerned. The degree to which meet the needs of this group is a measure of the fairness of the road of development chosen by the local authori- ties, including the effectiveness of the territorial marketing. What’s more, the concept of local government unit capacities very strongly focuses around the intellectual cap- ital, as a current or potential resource creation, or zooming in on the wealth of the community. Therefore it is worth to make the characteristics of the rate of change of the Polish local communities in the socio-economic sphere in recent years.
