Abstract
The neurological-surgery is most recent surgery domain of the medicine. In its context many enigmas have been risen and they are a permanent challenge for the contemporary development of the discipline. The experience that came from the field of diagnostic and treatment of the genetic based and also inherited disabilities is showing positive results. Undoubtedly it means that there are verified hopes for a possible definite treatment with maximal adopted functions.
