THE STATE OF RESEARCH IN SCIENCE ISSUES RELATED TO THE CONTENT OF THE RIGHTS OF CONVICTS IN EDUCATION

Abstract
The article analyzes role of science in implementation of right of prisoners to prison education in Ukraine and abroad. The low level of attention of scientists to this problem is lack of clear state policy in this area, which further negatively affect achievement of main goal of punishment, namely re-socialization of prisoners.
