Abstract
This paper substantiate scientific significance of comparative analysis of addressing issue oncerning liability for interference in the activity of the judicial authorities in accordance with the national and Polish legislation. It is found that this issue has been out of focus of the criminal and legislation science in Ukraine in proposed context.
