The Study of Intellectual Capital in Public Organizations Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Abstract
Today we can confidently claim that the use of intellectual capital solutions can increase the power competitiveness an organization and to be differentiate from other organizations. This solution gives some possibility to organizations that using the information and should be exploited the advanced and competitive advantages. This research effort has been utilizing Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the statistical population in public organizations staff in Guilan province and weighted priorities the dimensions of intellectual capital. If organizations able to achieve this competitive advantage they can performed better and they have an effective way for receive their objectives.
