THE SUBSTANCE OF THE COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE WHILE TEACHING RUSSIAN PHRASEOLOGY

Abstract
The article deals with the essence of the communicative competence while working with the students from phraseology of the Russian language. The main aim of teaching Russian as a second language is not the forming of knowledge about the language, but the language take-over. The language takeover is realized through communicative organization of the educational process. Communicability proposes representation of a language system in speech acts to perform communicative tasks, due to the theory of speech activity, according to which an individual moves not from the form to the content, but from the content to the form. Communicability focuses on the inclusion of students studying a second language in the immediate act of communication between the interlocutors, aims at the active use of the language in the learning process for oral and written information exchange. This category defines the content, methods and organization of teaching, and characterizes differently traditional principles of general didactics and methodology.
