The system of public administration actors in the mechanism of realization of the state policy of ensuring the national security of Ukraine.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of problematic issues concerning the systematization of public administration actors in the mechanism of realization of the state policy of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. The state of scientific development of a phenomenon such as public administration is analysed. The main features of the actors of public administration in the mechanism of realization of the state policy of ensuring the national security of Ukraine are defined. The author’s approach to the system classification of actors in the mechanism of realization of the state policy of ensuring the national security of Ukraine. The focus is on subjects of public administration with delegated competence; the arguments are made that public-private partnership in the field of national security is a form of delegation of competence as a feature of public administration of relations in the field of ensuring national security.
