The technique of using practical-oriented problems in physics in the upper grades

Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of practical-oriented knowledge in physics in the process of solving problems. The functions of physics problems with practical content are determined and analyzed in the article. Didactic goals in the context of using problems with practical content are identified and considered. The author substantiates the dependence of the level of students’ abilities to apply theoretical knowledge in physics in practical activity from the ability to solve physical problems with practical content. The development and use the system of problems with practical content in the educational process, makes it possible to partially solve the problem of developing students’ interest in physical and technical knowledge, the formation of skills in their application at practical activities. Examples of using problems with practical content in physics lessons, aimed at developing skills to apply knowledge in physics at practical activities, everyday life, and explaining natural phenomena are offered.
